![]() | Together we can overcome the crisis, restore dignity, and secure the eternal and sovereign future of Armenia. Time is of the essence. Your voice matters. |
The Pan-Armenian Alliance is a civic movement mobilizing Armenians everywhere to build collective public pressure to ensure that political actors entering the 2026 elections commit to a clearly defined, pro-Armenian Agenda.
The initiative of the Pan-Armenian Civil Society and its mission are founded on clear ideological principles. It draws its strength from Armenia’s millennia-old civilizational heritage and responds to the existential challenges of the modern era. It encompasses the following principles, which must become the cornerstones of the future government’s activity.
Our goals are non-partisan, practical, and focused on Armenia’s long-term survival and prosperity. We call on every political force to publicly commit to them.
Our Mission
- Ensure that in the upcoming elections, every Armenian chooses in the true interest of the nation—never again for those who betrayed our statehood.
- Unite pro-national forces in Armenia and the Diaspora into a single, powerful civic front.
- Mobilize public opinion and collective action to shape national decision-making.
- Defend Armenia’s sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity from internal decay and external threats.
- Overcome fragmentation by promoting unity, discipline, and shared responsibility.
- Channel the global Armenian intellect, resources, and activism into strategic efforts that strengthen governance, protect national identity, and secure a just and secure future for Armenia.
Appeal
Armenia stands at a crossroads: loss of Artsakh, growing internal divisions, and spiritual erosion threaten the very continuity of our nation.
We call on every Armenian — at home and abroad — to unite around renewed civic responsibility and national revival.
Recognizing the gravity of the moment, we call upon you to demonstrate civic responsibility.
This is a watershed moment. A last stand. Not just to preserve our place on the map, but to protect the Armenian spirit, our Christian values, our historic memory, and our unique character.

Ideological Foundations
- Defense of Territorial Integrity. The internationally recognized borders and historical lands of the Republic of Armenia must be defended with strategic clarity and unwavering resolve. Every decision and action taken by the Government of the Republic of Armenia must be guided solely by the supreme interests of the Armenian nation and Armenian statehood. No other interest may override or undermine the duty to defend and advance these interests.
- Strengthening National and Civilizational Identity. In the context of globalization and geopolitical challenges, the governance of Armenia must reinforce national and civilizational identity, spiritual, religious, and family values, social justice, and demographic vitality and growth through a consciously designed, targeted, people-centered state policy—particularly in the spheres of youth, education, and culture. These are essential elements of state continuity and social cohesion.
- The Armenian Apostolic Church. The Armenian Apostolic Church remains a pillar of national identity and moral guidance. The government must maintain effective and responsible relations with the Church, fostering spiritual renewal and moral leadership in public life, while strictly excluding any interference in the internal affairs of the Holy Armenian Apostolic Church.
- Return of Artsakh Armenians and National Justice. The right of Artsakh Armenians to return must be defended in all international forums. The Artsakh issue must become one of the priority items on the foreign policy agenda of the Republic of Armenia.
- Pursuit of Justice and International Accountability. Armenia is obligated to pursue justice, international recognition of the Armenian Genocide, and appropriate reparations for the crimes committed by Turkey and Azerbaijan — ethnic cleansing and genocide. This requires undertaking legal, diplomatic, and other necessary measures to ensure the accountability of these states before international justice.
- Unity of the Diaspora and the Homeland. The global Armenian Diaspora is an integral part of the nation. Armenia’s governance system must be designed to enable Diaspora participation in national development, decision-making, and defense processes. Joint implementation of national policies — through the creation of a functional pan-Armenian system — will strengthen the spiritual, economic, and political unity and potential of the Armenian nation.
Core Values of the Alliance

The Pan-Armenian Civic Alliance is open to all civic and non-governmental organizations, national institutions, associations, and individuals who share this vision and are ready to contribute to Armenia’s salvation and revival.
