Sparapet’s overarching goal is to assemble a team of professional patriots, who share a common vision for a sovereign nation, a flourishing society, and a globally competitive economy. This team is dedicated to leveraging their knowledge, expertise, and skills for the reinvigoration of Armenia not only in terms of solid statehood and effective governance, but most importantly by establishing societal code of conduct, which is based on ancient cultural norms and Christian values.
The objectives reflect Sparapet’s commitment to revitalizing Armenia through a well-coordinated approach that focuses on people, policies, and resources while upholding principles of transparency, democracy, and integrity.
By means of “Rule-of-Law-Strong Economy-National Security” triad to provide mechanisms for restraining and balancing branches of power, a legitimate change in power, the independence of judicial authority, the establishment of a competitive and transparent electoral system, the construction of social elevators in political parties and local self-governing bodies.
To shape public opinion that it’s only through the creation of effective institutions it is possible to build a strong and efficient state.
To raise public awareness of the need to improve the law on parties, as the parties are the initial structures through which either some positive reforms will take place, or the state will forever cease it’s existence.
