Board of Directors
Sparapet’s governance structure is vested in a Board of Directors, comprising a total of nine members. Of these, 5 members serve as Permanent Directors, representing the initiatiing group. The remaining 4 Directors are selected through a rotational process by area experts, based on their individual contributions to the NGO.
Decision-Making Authority
The Board of Directors plays a pivotal role in determining policy matters, investment activities, as well as decisions regarding dividends and profit distribution. To reach a decision, a simple majority vote is required among the Directors.
Oversight and Authority
The Board of Directors holds the authority to make significant decisions, establish organizational policies, and provide vigilant oversight over the Organization’s activities. This authority is vital in shaping the course of Sparapet and ensuring its alignment with its mission and objectives.
