Unite for the Revival of Our Nation

In the name of restoring justice and nationwide unity of the Armenian People

Dear Compatriot,

Today, the Armenian nation stands at the most perilous and decisive moment of its modern history. Centuries without statehood prevented the emergence of a strong, committed national elite and hindered the development of coherent long-term national goals, along with the tactical and strategic frameworks required to achieve them. In the Republic of Armenia and in liberated Artsakh, state, political, economic, and social institutions were not built in line with the demands and challenges of their time, nor with those of the decades that followed.

Rather than fostering national unity, fundamental civil rights were violated at the state level. An entrenched oligarchic system eroded social justice, while national and spiritual values—including the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church, national identity, and historical memory—were deliberately undermined.

The loss of Artsakh; the death, injury, and permanent disability of thousands— predominantly young people—during the war; captivity; international isolation; the deliberate deepening of internal divisions bordering on open hostility by the current authorities; the rupture of state-level relations with the Diaspora; as well as fragmentation, disorganization, and intellectual stagnation within nationally minded circles of Armenian society—have all driven the Republic of Armenia into an existential crisis.

The present situation demands swift, profound, decisive, and systemic action. The challenges confronting us are not merely political or economic; they are spiritual, value- based, and structural in nature.

No political party, public organization, or individual can overcome this nationwide and pan- national crisis alone.

The path forward lies in unity around radical transformation grounded in national values and social justice, rejecting division and concentrating our collective efforts on the salvation, rebirth, and strengthening of the Homeland.

Only through the consolidation of national forces and capacities—Homeland and Diaspora, state and church, youth and seasoned professionals, every citizen and patriot— can we confront existential threats, preserve Armenian statehood and identity, and build a state and an all-Armenian society founded on social justice, dignity, security, and social protection.

Guided by these realities and assessments, and determined to act decisively and effectively, we hereby proclaim the establishment of the PAN-ARMENIAN PUBLIC ALLIANCE.

The mission of the Alliance is to organize essential public processes so that, in nationwide elections, every Armenian makes a choice guided solely by the genuine interests of the nation and statehood.

The Alliance is founded on core fundamental values: God, Statehood, Justice, and Solidarity.

The Alliance is open to all public organizations and initiatives, national institutions, unions, and individuals who share this vision.

Recognizing the gravity of this moment, we call upon your active civic engagement. The escalating threat is knocking at the door of each one of us, endangering the identity and future of our children and generations to come, and the very existence of our Homeland.
