Of these, 5 members serve as Permanent Directors, representing the initiatiing group. The remaining 4 Directors are selected through a rotational process by area experts, based on their individual contributions to the NGO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Decision-Making Authority<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Board of Directors plays a pivotal role in determining policy matters, investment activities, as well as decisions regarding dividends and profit distribution. To reach a decision, a simple majority vote is  required among the Directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oversight and Authority<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Board of Directors holds the authority to make significant decisions, establish organizational policies, and provide vigilant oversight over the Organization&#8217;s activities.
